So, if like me, you bought a new Logitech Brio webcam to improve your zoom and video calls, and then had the misfortune to download the Logitech G Hub to fine tune your settings, you may now be scratching your head asking “Why is My Logitech G Hub Not Opening?”

First thing is first, we can still fix this.
I searched high and wide for a solution, and from my searching I could see this is a widespread problem which plays out in this perpetual and incredibly frustrating loop:
- You download the G Hub software.
- You open it and can see your Brio Webcam or other there, but all of the settings are greyed out.
- You figure you need to be logged in to see them, so you click the person icon top right to try and login, then you get sent to the screen below, to launch the application. That is the G Hub application you alredy have open.
- You follow this loop for as long as your patience allows, before heading off in search of the solution.
Now, I am not a very patient person, so after 3 or 4 times, and telling Logitech they really need to make better software, I discovered that they have done just that, which is the solution to this problem.
It is called Logi Tune, and unlike G Hub, it actually seems to work, and allows you to change all of the settings to your webcam!
Search for Logi Tune, download the software, and you should soon see the controls I have for mine highlighted below:
