First, please let me tell you just a very small bit about myself so that you understand where I come from (and whether you think I am worth listening to).
My name is Nick Jervis and I have been B2B marketing service businesses since 1990. I was a solicitor until 2003, undertaking the B2B marketing for the various law firms that I worked for.
Since 2003 I have been running my B2B marketing consultancy full time.
